Arizona College Students Love Shasta Pools

It used to be that a luxury for a college student meant a dorm window that opened and roommate who didn’t smoke. Even Ivy-League Universities have required students use a communal shower in an ancient building, hoping the history would compensate for the lack of comfort. Today students at Arizona State University can enjoy all the luxury’s of home (and some experience even more) thanks to the Vista Del Sol Housing student housing project and Shasta Pools.

In an effort to attract more enrollments, the University teamed with the commercial division of Shasta Pools to create a beautiful campus water retreat. The goal was to create a destination that young people would want to visit and enjoy, as part of their academic experience. Students can relax by the palm-tree lined pool, unwinding under the sun, and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. There are plenty of lounge chairs, a fully equipped spa, and outdoor kitchens for dinning poolside. Vista Del Sol has become a social hub and the place young people go to meet, greet, and enjoy the resort-like experience. Arizona State University chose Shasta Pools for this project because they have an outstanding national reputation and are the state’s premier pool builder since 1968. They’ve since been sought out for similar water enrichment projects and aquatic architecture by other universities. Their work is of the very best quality and they appreciate the pleasure that their pool projects are bringing to students.
